1. Service Overview

PaintLater (hereinafter "Service") is a web and mobile app service for tracking and managing miniature painting records. These terms govern the basic matters concerning all services provided through the website (paintlater.org) and mobile apps (Android, iOS).

2. Registration and Account

• Registration is done through Google, Kakao, or Apple social login.
• You are responsible for managing your account information.
• Misappropriating or fraudulently using another person's account is prohibited.

3. Service Use

Users must use the service for legitimate purposes only, and the following actions are prohibited.

• Disrupting the normal operation of the service
• Collecting other users' information without authorization
• Posting illegal or inappropriate content
• Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Misusing AI features to generate inappropriate content

4. AI Services

PaintLater provides AI-based painting-related features.

• AI Recoloring: AI transforms the colors of miniature images.
• AI Painting Guide: Generates step-by-step guides based on painting descriptions.
• AI Painting Evaluation: AI provides feedback on painting results.
• AI-generated results are for reference only and may differ from actual painting outcomes.
• AI features may have daily usage limits.
• Images are sent to an external AI service (OpenAI) for processing.

5. Community and User Content

Users may post content in communities, galleries, etc., and the following applies.

• Inappropriate content (hate speech, violence, pornography, etc.) may be removed without prior warning.
• Defaming or harassing other users is prohibited.
• Reported content will be reviewed and acted upon.
• Repeated violations may result in service usage restrictions.
• Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 48 hours of receipt.
• Users can block other users to hide their content and restrict interactions.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of content (photos, posts, etc.) they post to the service.
• Rights to the service's design, logo, software, etc. belong to PaintLater.
• Paint conversion (color matching) information marked as "Official" in the service is based on conversion charts published by each manufacturer (AK Interactive, Army Painter, Vallejo, Two Thin Coats, etc.). Product names and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers and are used indicatively for product compatibility guidance.
• Conversion results not marked as "Official" are reference information calculated using color distance algorithms (Delta E) and are not officially endorsed by manufacturers.
• Copyright of AI-generated images and guides is subject to applicable laws, and users may freely use them for personal purposes.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

PaintLater may change or suspend all or part of the service as operationally necessary, and will provide advance notice in such cases.

8. Disclaimer

• PaintLater is a free service and bears no legal responsibility for damages resulting from service use.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
• Paint conversion information is provided for reference only, and actual colors may vary depending on application conditions, base color, thinning ratio, etc. PaintLater does not guarantee the accuracy of conversion results.
• AI-generated results (recolored images, painting guides, painting evaluations) are for reference only, and their accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed.
• PaintLater is not responsible for disputes arising from content posted by users.
